Its regulated utilities business consists of regulated electric and gas delivery businesses serving approximately 7.4 million retail customers in six states in the Southeast and Midwest regions of the United States, including North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky.
Its commercial renewables business consists of wind and solar generation assets. The Company’s international energy businesses segment consists of investments in non-regulated electric power generation and energy trading in Latin America.
