Our Take

McDonald’s has been a leader in sustainability and corporate responsibility for many years. Their approach to sustainability is geared toward investors, as they understand that sustainable practices are not only the right thing to do but also make good business sense. McDonald’s has made a commitment to reduce its environmental footprint, and they have set ambitious goals to achieve this.
Some of their initiatives include using sustainable materials in their restaurants, reducing energy consumption, and recycling and disposing of waste properly. McDonald’s is also working to reduce their impact on climate change, through measures such as reducing emissions from transportation and packaging.
That being said, we believe McDonald’s still has a long way to go to reduce its carbon footprint.
